The Operations Support Specialist coordinates and tracks the activities of our field technicians and communicates with customers throughout the day in a fast-paced but casual small office environment. This person will communicate between the technicians and our customers via phone and assure timely completion of technicians' activities and accurately document the same in custom databases.
Responsibilities will also include accurate data entry, completion of simple forms and paperwork related to technician assignments and general administrative duties in a small office environment.
No sales involved.
Schedule: 40 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar administrative position
- Some data entry experience
- Some experience with common office software like Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Some Customer Service experience is bendficial
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to work with minimal supervision
